3. Health and Safety: The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we believe may pose a risk to their own or others health and safety. We also reserve the right to terminate any appointment if we believe the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.


4. Pricing: The cost of your tattoo will depend on its size, complexity, and the amount of time it takes to complete. We charge by the hour and have a minimum charge, which will be discussed during your consultation. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time, but we will provide you with an estimate before starting any work.


5. Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by The Hammer and Quill and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our express written consent.
