- Appointments and Deposits: All appointments require a deposit to secure your booking, which will be deducted from the total cost of your tattoo. Deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to a new appointment with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to show up for your appointment without a minimum of 48 hours notice of a cancellation will result in forfeiture of your deposit.
- Age and Consent: You must be at least 18 years old to get a tattoo at The Hammer and Quill. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age before starting any work. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
- Health and Safety: The health and safety of our clients and staff is our top priority. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who we believe may pose a risk to their own or others health and safety. We also reserve the right to terminate any appointment if we believe the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Pricing: The cost of your tattoo will depend on its size, complexity, and the amount of time it takes to complete. We charge by the hour and have a minimum charge, which will be discussed during your consultation. We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any time, but we will provide you with an estimate before starting any work.
- Intellectual Property: All content on our website, including text, images, and designs, is owned by The Hammer and Quill and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our content without our express written consent.
- Liability: We will not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the use of our website or services. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

Our Tattoo Process
1. Request an Appointment:
Simply fill out the contact form below to request your appointment. Let us know your preferred tattoo style, size, and any reference images, and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Book an Appointment2. Design Time:
Once we have scheduled a booking and received a deposit as confirmation, we'll start working on your customized design.
3. Tattoo Time:
On the day of your appointment, come in and get ready to be tattooed! Our skilled artists will take great care of you and create a personalized masterpiece that you'll love. All you have to do is relax and enjoy the experience!
